Mission-led Business Review findings published

We’re very pleased to announce the report from the Mission-led Business Review has been published today. Three Point Zero, along with over 40 other businesses, contributed to the document which aimed to:

  • Gather data on mission-led businesses: How big is this part of the economy? What are the barriers to growth?
  • Set out a vision: What is the potential role of these businesses in a healthy UK economy?
  • Develop recommendations: What can industry and if necessary government do to better support this sector?

The Panel was set-up earlier this year by Minister for Civil Society, Rob Wilson MP. Drawing on views gathered from the Call for Evidence and roundtables across the country, the report recommends that social purpose be embedded at the heart of modern business.

The purpose of the review and it’s recommendations is to build an economy here in the UK that works for everyone and that plays to our strengths as a nation, as innovators and leaders.

Whilst there are no doubt areas for development and consultation, we support these recommendations and an important first step in creating better businesses, geared around mission and purpose, which create value for stakeholders and shareholders alike.
