We're a B Corp!
Three Point.Zero is proud to have certified as a B Corp, making us part a global movement of people committed to using business as a force for good.
What is B Corp?
B Corp is to business what Fair Trade certification is to coffee or LEED certification is to green building.
B Corps are certified by the nonprofit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
Why did we become a b corp?
Three Point.Zero believes that business has an incredible opportunity to impact society in the most positive ways - creating good jobs, lifting people out of poverty or innovating to solve environmental challenges.
In order to fully realise this opportunity, it's vital for like-minded businesses to come together, share best practice and support one another. We believe that B Corp is the best example of a global community of socially positive businesses.
Equally, in today's cynical world it's easy for businesses to claim one thing, then do another. B Corp certification says clearly to our customers and employees that we practice what we preach. Our business impacts have been externally validated and we are committed to improving our impacts over time.
What does it mean for our clients?
We hope many of our clients will one day choose to become B Corps themselves, so having a trusted companion that knows the journey will be useful.
But if nothing else, it shows we are a well-run business and are fully committed to a more purposeful way of making money.
What does it mean for our employees?
Like our customers, future employees can check our B Lab Assessment on the B Corp website (available soon) and see how we treat staff, where we are strong and where we are looking to improve.
It's a guarantee to workers that we treat them with respect and take a range of factors into consideration when making decisions, not just financial ones.
